Partywall (we/us) operates a website which assists users (them/you) in the production of notices where required under the Party Wall etc,. Act 1996 (the Act), for domestic and private use only. We also help facilitate introductions between users and professionals for the provision of party wall services via suggestions of professional consultants who may be able to meet users' requirements.

Production of Party Wall Notices

Information provided by Partywall does not constitute professional advice and our services are supplied without any liability whatsoever including any loss, inaccuracy, or omission. If in doubt, you should seek professional advice from an appropriately qualified party wall specialist.

Notices produced via Partywall cannot be guaranteed to constitute valid notice as incorrect use or omitted/inaccurate inputs could lead to notices which do not fully comply with the Act's requirements. Service of valid notice remains the full responsibility of the user.

Facilitation of Introductions

If users' do decide to engage any professional consultants introduced, Partywall does not in any way endorse or confirm that the professionals identified are able to fulfil their requirements. It is the responsibility of the user to engage with the professional to establish their suitability prior to entering into any contract. If users do engage a professional to provide any services, they will become a customer of the professional and will enter into a contract with them. For the avoidance of doubt, those services are provided by the professional, and not by Partywall.

Partywall has no influence or control whatsoever on the information provided by any third-party professional and accepts no liability for information/services they provide. The user will need to contract directly with the professional for any services they require.

Important

Partywall acts only as a facilitator of the introductions referred to above, and the provision of any services by a professional to the user will be subject to an entirely separate legal contract. Any contract entered into is solely between the user and the professional.

The professional is responsible for the provision of any services. Partywall shall have no liability to the user whatsoever in respect of the provision of any services and / or the users’ dealings with any of the professionals who are listed on the website. The user will have no legal rights of redress against Partywall.

We accept no liability for the information contained on any third-party websites linked to on our website/correspondence and we won't be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from use of them.

Please note that we only provide Facilitation Services to users for domestic and private use. The user agrees not to use Partywall for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to the user for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
